The Living and the Dead

We lay with tired heads,
Hiding under beds,
The echoing sound of firing guns,
Through rising and through setting suns

I plead forgiveness for things I have said,
As I pray for the Souls of the Living and the Dead.

Dreams going hollow as they were denied,
As mothers and sisters helplessly cried,
I weep for the lives of those who come to be,
Because the end of the race, I can foresee

There is no need of Death and Sorrow and Misery,
Which leads to the Darkness of HISTORY...

Friendship

The heart-felt bond of man,
Of joy and companionship,
Evolution demands a hand,
While I like to term it - "Friendship"

There's ones who always stand by,
Then there's the ones who just walk on by,
As they, in a friendly way, compete against us,
They, in a way, complete us.

Sometimes we feel devoured,
While at times we feel empowered.
At all times, moral support is what we need,
As the plant of friendship, we desperately try to seed...

My Dad...

Firstly, Happy Birthday Dad!


My Dad is my idol. I look up to him. I go around town telling people that my dad is the smartest person I know. You can ask any of my friends. They'll tell you how much I look up to him.
